Q. I got a CD that had NVDVD 2.22 on it - is that the same as NVDVD 2.0?
A. Yes it is. The first 2 (2.22) is the version number (in this case 2, or 2.0) - the second pair of twos (2.22) is the build number. So, while version 2.22 is newer than version 2.12 or 2.02, they are all NVDVD version 2.0.

Q. Are there any updates to NVDVD 2.0?
A. Yes, you can find updates to NVDVD 2.0 in the Support/Utilities Section of our website.

Q. Does NVDVD 2.0 only work with NVIDIA based graphics cards?
A. No. NVDVD 2.0 will work with any Direct X compatible graphics chip with at least 8MB of memory - this includes Intel and ATI chips that meet those requirements.

Q. I currently own NVDVD 1.0. Will I be able to upgrade to NVDVD 2.0 through a patch or update?
A. Unfortunately we cannot offer free lifetime upgrades of NVDVD with each new release of NVDVD. Each new version of NVDVD adds new features that add additional costs to the product and we cannot give those away, including Dolby Digital 5.1, Dolby Headphone, Dolby Pro Logic II and more.

We will do our best to offer discounts to existing customers of NVDVD when we release new versions (3.0, 4.0, etc) and are looking to get coupons for existing customers of 1.0.

Q. What is the difference between NVDVD 2.0 and NVDVD 2.0 Full?
A. NVDVD 2.0 which is provided by EVGA.com contains all the features of NVDVD 2.0 Full from NVIDIA's website with the exception of:

• Dolby Digital 5.1 Decoding
• Dobly Digital Pro Logic II
• Dobly Headphone
• Frame Capture
• Audio Capture
