(UK only) To ensure that your RMA can be successfully completed, please note the following:

- Shipping with UPS/ParcelForce/DHL Express or Royal Mail. Customs clearance is not possible with other carriers.

- Proforma Invoice for customs clearance can be requested from us after an RMA has been started. Place 3 copies behind the customs declaration on the outside of the parcel in an envelope.
