I have a z97, z170, or x99 motherboard, and devices connected via USB stay on, even after my computer is turned off. Can this be disabled?

By default, the USB ports on z97, z170, and x99 boards remain powered so you can charge devices off them such as cell phones, wireless mice, etc. This feature can be disabled in the BIOS by going under Advanced > Power and enabling ERP.
