If you stepped up your original product through EVGA, or purchased it directly from EVGA you do not need a copy of the invoice for RMA.
If your original product was sent to us for RMA you do not need an invoice to submit another RMA for the replacement part. If you recieve an automated e-mail stating you need to upload a copy of your invoice, even though the product is a replacement for EVGA, you can ignore it. You should instead go into your user profile -> view/edit my products -> view details. Make sure the place purchased is listed as EVGA RMA. If it is not please contact customer support to have your profile amended.
