If unable to install or uninstall DisplayLink software on all supported Windows Operating Systems, please follow the instructions below:

1.    Disconnect the UV+, then try uninstall the "DisplayLink Core Software" from "Programs"

2.   Once this is complete, please download and run the DisplayLink Install Cleaner here.

This should remove all DisplayLink install files and drivers. It should now be possible to perform a clean install of DisplayLink software available here. Be sure that after the software is uninstalled, you do not reconnect the UV+ until after the software is completely installed, otherwise the UV+ will not function properly.
