This error is most often caused when the billing address of your credit card does not match the address in your EVGA member account. Please verify with your credit card company that this billing address matches what is in your profile when you submit payment. You may also want to contact your bank and see exactly how how the address is formatted in their system as even an extra space, period, or hyphen will cause these issues.
