If I perform a Step-Up on my EAR product is the replacement product covered?

For Step-Ups prior to 3/1/2013 only the original product assigned the EAR plan will be covered. You will have an opportunity to purchase a new EAR plan for your replacement product once registered.

 

For Step-Up on or after 3/1/2013 the EAR plan will automaticly transfer to the Stepped-Up card.
