Eligibility

Only persons whom are at least 13 years of age can enter. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of EVGA Corporation, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion.

All Employees of EVGA, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting an entry to participate in this EVGA Promotion.

EVGA is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries and registrations, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, log in to your EVGA account and fill out the supplied questionnaire at http://www.evga.com/articles/00841/.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the profile used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an account by EVGA. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Selection of Winners: The potential Winners will be selected by a non-partial EVGA representative.  The winners will be announced on or before June 24th, 2014 from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Discount applies only to purchases made at the EVGA.com online store.  
Additional $25 MIR will require the winner to have purchased an EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 G2 (120-G2-1600-X1) at the early adopter price of $199.99 and to fill out an additional questionnaire.

Discount is awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. No cash substitute or transfer of discount is available; however, EVGA may, at their discretion, substitute the discount to an alternate discount of equal or greater value. Discount is not transferable. Return of any discount/discount notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who is not in contact with us or if within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her discount. EVGA at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Promotion if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, EVGA employees and affiliates.

Use of Winner’s Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s name and information for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion.

Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Promotion or their receipt or use of the prize.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of discount. 
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any discount awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with the Promotion are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
