It’s that time of year again, the leaves change their colors, the turkeys fear for their safety, and EVGA has another promotion. This time around we are going to have ourselves a little Novembergram. For those of you that don’t know, that means it’s time to make yourself an Instagram account if you don’t already have one (Instagram on the App Store / Google Play). We are going to give you a whole bunch of fun topics to snap some awesome photos of, and the best part? You will even have a chance to win some sweet prizes! We will kick things off on November 1st and run this all the way up until November 28th. Each day will have a different theme for you to bring out your artistic eye. From these we will post the best to our Instagram as the top pics of the day. Not excited yet? Well from these daily top pics, we will award one lucky Instagrammer with a fantastic prize each week!

CONTEST AND OFFICIAL RULES: The contest begins on 11/01/13 and submissions will be accepted until 11/28/13 at 11:59 p.m. (PST). Submission : Starts 11/01/13 - Ends 11/28/13 A winner will be announced on the Wednesday following each prize week. Images must be themed around the given topic for that day in order to qualify. All employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting a entry to participate in this contest. By submitting an entry, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries that are lewd, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate to the Contest will be disqualified at EVGA's sole discretion. Winners will be chosen randomly from the top pictures from the current prize week. The winners will be announced on Instagram and on this article page. Winners will not be notified via email. Winners must check this page or Instagram to view the winners. All winners will need to email webmaster@evga.com within 15 days of the winner announcement to claim. Once claimed, they will need to post a picture with the word that we instruct them to write to confirm it is the correct winner from the same instagram account. Participants warrant that their Entries are original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted Entries and that they have the right to submit the Entries in the Contest and grant all required licenses. Each Participant agrees not to submit any Entry that (1) infringes any third party proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights, or images depicting any recognizable athletes, celebrities, animals, animated characters, objects or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligations; or (2) otherwise violates applicable U.S. law or the law of the Participant's country of residence. Submitted entries become the property of EVGA and will not be returned. EVGA reserves the right to deny and delete any images that are submitted for this contest. EVGA reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value in the event all or part of a prize set forth above becomes unavailable. No cash substitute or transfer of prizes is available. Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Submission of an Entry in this Contest constitutes agreement by the Participant to the terms and conditions of these Rules. Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the contest prize.
