Q. Who is eligible for the NVDVD 2.0 Upgrade Offer?
A. The NVDVD 2.0 Upgrade Offer is available *only* to customers who purchased NVDVD 1.X (the version that EVGA.com shipped was v1.16) directly from EVGA.com or those who received NVDVD 1.X from EVGA.com through a Special Promotion. Video cards that come packaged with NVDVD ARE NOT eligible.

Q. When does this offer start and when is the ending date?
A. The NVDVD 2.0 Upgrade Offer will start on December 4th, 2002 and end on January 3rd, 2003 at 5PM PST.

Q. How much do we have to pay for this upgrade?
A. The NVDVD 2.0 Upgrade Offer is absolutely free. However, since the only way to receive this offer is through shipping, customers will be responsible for shipping/handling costs of $5.95.

Q. Sounds good! Where do I sign up?
A. Unfortunately, our NVDVD 2.0 Upgrade Offer has expired.

Q. When will these orders begin to ship?
A. The NVDVD Upgrade orders will ship on weekly basis beginning Monday, December 9th, 2002.

Q. I have never owned a copy of NVDVD 1.X. Can I purchase NVDVD 2.0 from EVGA.com?
A. Yes, EVGA.com will be selling NVDVD 2.0 as a standalone purchase and will be available at our Member Site (http://member.evga.com) beginning December 9th, 2003.
