Participant Eligibility:

The EVGA Carbon Fiber RTX Accessory Promotion is open to all purchasers of a Qualifying Product. This promotion is open to all regions, except where illegal or prohibited.

1. Participants must be registered at EVGA.com and have a valid account.
2. Qualifying products must be purchased and registered, and a valid proof of purchase must be uploaded on or before Wednesday, December 12, 2018

How to Enter:

Entries are limited to one (1) per person, per household. EVGA is not responsible for Internet submissions not received due to technical/transmission problems beyond its reasonable control, including failure to recognize a valid serial number or proof of purchase. To enter:

4. After registering your Qualifying Product, upload a copy of your proof-of-purchase at https://www.evga.com/support/upload.asp

6. Scroll down to see your registered Qualifying Product. Although entrants may have more than one Qualifying Product, only one registered product will be shown.
7. After the previous steps are completed, click the button to submit. You will receive entry confirmation on this page and through an email notification.
8. EVGA will randomly draw 20 eligible participants and post the winners on the Carbon Fiber RTX Accessory Promotion landing page on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.

The Grand Prizes for the Carbon Fiber RTX Accessory Promotion include the Carbon Fiber Shroud for EVGA GeForce RTX 20-Series FTW3 graphics cards, which may be used as an alternate shroud for EVGA GeForce RTX 20-Series FTW3 graphics cards, and the Carbon Trim Kit for EVGA GeForce RTX 20-Series FTW3 graphics cards, which may be used to customize your EVGA 20-Series graphics card.

Each Grand Prize is valued at $99.99 (USD) MSRP. There are a total of twenty (20) Grand Prizes available through the EVGA Carbon Fiber RTX Accessory Promotion, with ten (10) EVGA Carbon Shrouds and ten (10) Carbon Trim Kits available each. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner selection and notification:

Winners of the Carbon Fiber RTX Accessory Promotion will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be listed on the Carbon Fiber RTX Accessory Promotion landing page, and notified via their provided email on participant’s account at EVGA.com within 7 (seven) business days following the winner selection on Tuesday, December 18, 2018. Alternatively, winners may email iwon@evga.com within 14 days of the winner announcement to claim their prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Prizes will be shipped out via USPS, UPS Ground, or appropriate regional shipper, depending upon the address of the Grand Prize winner, within a reasonable time of the accepted prize claim. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. EVGA is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to claim prizes.

Severability:

If any of the provisions of these Official Rules are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, then such provisions will be ineffective to the extent of the court's ruling. All remaining portions of the Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
