Duration of Promotion:

The EVGA Buy an EVGA CLC Cooler, Enter for a Chance to Win One of 3 EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 ELITE Event ("CLC Promotion") begins on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 and ends on Friday, March 16, 2018 .

Eligibility:

The EVGA CLC Promotion is eligible for customers and participants in the Americas (North and South America), EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), and APAC (Asia and Pacific) regions. One Grand Prize will be available to each region. Eligibility will be based on the customer or participant’s address on EVGA.com or postcard received.

Employees and directors of the Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. All international, federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. VOID where prohibited.

Ways to Enter:

Entries are limited to one entry per person, per household for the duration of the CLC Promotion. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, damaged, illegible, late, misdirected, or sent with insufficient postage. Moreover, Sponsor is not responsible for Internet submissions not received due to technical/transmission problems beyond its reasonable control. There are two ways to enter during the promotional period:

1. EVGA CLC original owners with an original invoice must register their qualifying EVGA CLC Product at https://www.evga.com/register/. After registration, the customer must upload a copy of their invoice to https://www.evga.com/invoice/. Next, the customer must the customer must visit the Event webpage at https://www.evga.com/articles/01172/buy-clc-enter-win-1080ti-ftw3/ to sign up for the Event. After signing-in to EVGA.com, customers must accept these Terms and Conditions and submit an entry, which will register the natural account holder for the CLC Promotion. One entry per customer, per household.

2. You may also enter by mail, without making a purchase, by sending a hand-printed 3x5” piece of paper, in an envelope (no larger than a #10 business-size), or mailing a standard-size post card. These entries must contain your name, complete address and zip code (or your country's equivalent address format), day or evening phone number and email address (if you have one) to:

   Mail entrants may enter as many times as desired, but only one entry is permitted and counted. Mail entrants that enter using multiple postal addresses will be automatically disqualified. Mail entrants must ensure that the cost of postage is covered; EVGA will not be responsible for any entries that fail to arrive due to insufficient postage.

Prize/Odds:

Three (3) Grand Prizes are available for an EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 ELITE 12GHz graphics card, part number 11G-P4-6797-K2. One Grand Prize is available for the Americas region, one Grand Prize is available for the EMEA region, and one Grand Prize is available for the APAC region.

Total Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $849.99 USD. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected on or about Friday, March 16, 2018, via a random drawing of eligible entries, by Sponsor.

Prize Conditions:

Original owners of a CLC product that enter through the event page must have a valid invoice uploaded at the time of the drawing. The potential Grand Prize Winners (pending confirmation of eligibility) will be notified by email or USPS certified mail. A potential Winner must respond and accept the prize within ten (10) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim the Winner's prize. A potential winner from Canada, per Canadian law, will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question without any personal or mechanical device assistance, in order to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize, or the Prize will be forfeited.

Winners residing in other countries must return a similar declaration containing the Winner's name, physical address, phone number and email address. The document will request confirmation that the Winner is eligible to win the Grand Prize and request the Winner to confirm reading and understanding the official Promotion Terms and Conditions. This declaration will be provided to potential winners (in English).

All Grand Prize Winners must have a valid and current account at EVGA.com within 10 days of accepting the Grand Prize. If a Grand Prize winner does not have an account, the winner must register by going to https://forums.evga.com/register and activate the profile via an automated email generated upon registration. A registered account assists EVGA with shipping and tracking the Prize, as well as assisting the Winner if there are any questions. This information is never sold or provided to third-parties.

If a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted, the prize is returned as undeliverable, or the winner fails to sign and return any requested documents within the required time period, then the potential winner will forfeit the prize. Any or all of the above Eligibility requirements may be temporarily suspended, at Sponsor's sole discretion, to provide a reasonable amount of time for a potential Winner to satisfy all aspects of the eligibility requirements; Sponsor is under no obligation, however, to temporarily suspend the Eligibility requirements for a potential Winner nor allow the suspension to last indefinitely if the potential Winner has not satisfied the Eligibility requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award said prize to an alternate winner.

General Conditions and Limitations:

All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one free online entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other, similar methods will void that Participant's entries altogether, and that Participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated/robotic method of entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the “authorized subscriber” of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All federal, state, local, and provincial taxes and fees on prize offered, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. There are no substitutions of prize allowed, no cash alternative offered, and no transfer of prize is permitted, except to a surviving spouse, or at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission from the Winner to the Sponsor and its agencies to use such winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, each Promotion entrant and Winners agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and each of its affiliates, parent companies, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of entrant's participation in this Promotion, and/or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize awarded herein. By participating in this Promotion, entrants/Winners agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor. Entrants further agree that by participating, they may from time to time receive promotional offerings from the Sponsor. All disputes concerning this promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rule and regulations of the State of California. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the CLC Promotion if, at its sole discretion, it determines that for any reason the CLC Promotion is not capable of running as originally planned, fraud, technical failures, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any other unanticipated causes or occurrences have compromised the fairness or integrity of the CLC Promotion. In the event the CLC Promotion is terminated prior to the stated end date, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Sponsor DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE PRIZE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR OR GENERAL USE OR PURPOSE.
