Only persons who are at least 13 years of age can enter. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of EVGA Corporation, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

All Employees of EVGA, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible to submit an entry to participate in this EVGA Sweepstakes.

EVGA is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries and registrations, or electronic transmission errors resulting in omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operations or transmissions resulting in participant’s failure to successfully complete any or all of the listed Ways to Win! for the EVGA SC17 RAFFLECOPTER promotion, which can be located at www.evga.com/articles/01089/sc17-rafflecopter/.

EVGA reserves the right to change, alter or update any of the rules, terms & conditions and prizes associated with this promotion at any time without notice.

How to Enter:

During the Sweepstakes Period, EVGA will provide a widget on the EVGA SC17 Rafflecopter promotion page at www.evga.com/articles/01089/sc17-rafflecopter/. This widget will permit participants to submit an entry for the promotion in multiple ways:

• Visit us on www.facebook.com/TEAMEVGA and become a fan of EVGA's Facebook Fanpage
• Follow us on www.twitter.com/TeamEVGA
• Pin the image URL supplied in the widget with your Pinterest account.
• Refer EVGA to your friends using the widget – You may refer up to a maximum of 10 people.

Each means of Online entry may be used 1 (one) time – unless noted otherwise – up to the max total of 4 (four) different means of Online entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person using the same address. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different profiles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the profile used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned a profile by Facebook or Twitter. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Alternative Means of Entry:

You may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and email address to: EVGA Sweepstakes Entries, 408 Saturn St., Brea, CA 92821. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period to be included within the random drawing, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

Selection of Winners / Random Drawing:

Potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. Winners will be announced on or before March 7, 2017 Pacific Time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, EVGA may, at its discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who is not in contact with EVGA within 14 days of the first attempted notification will forfeit the prize. EVGA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Sweepstakes if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing through cheating, deception, other unfair playing practices or abuses, threats or harassing behavior towards any other Participants, EVGA employees and affiliates.

Use of Winner's Name & Information:

By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name and information for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Limitations of Liability:

By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their receipt or use of the prize.

No Prize Substitutions:

No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, EVGA, in its discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with the Sweepstakes are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
