Requirements to participate

You are a registered EVGA User (account registration is free through EVGA website). (Login or create an account here : https://www.evga.com/login.asp).

You have at least 1 (One) EVGA GTX 1080, 1070 or 1060 registered to your EVGA account. (Once logged in, register your product here https://www.evga.com/support/register.asp if you have not already done so).

You agree to pay all shipping and handling charges as determined by EVGA.

How to claim your PowerLink™:

1. Log in to your EVGA account and go to this page : https://www.evga.com/articles/01058/evga-powerlink-promotion/
2. Check that your shipping address is correct and update if necessary by going to "My Profile" and correcting there. Once done come back to this page : https://www.evga.com/articles/01058/evga-powerlink-promotion/.
3. Check the box to confirm your shipping address is correct.
4. Choose the quantity of PowerLink™s you are requesting from the dropdown (1 per registered EVGA GTX 1080, 1070 or 1060, up to a maximum quantity of 4 per person and/or household).
5. Click the "Request" button.

Promotion Rules:

• 1 EVGA PowerLink™ per registered EVGA GTX 1080, 1070 or 1060.
• A maximum of 4 EVGA PowerLink™s are available for free under this promotion per person and/or household.
• Requests must be approved by EVGA Management and a valid invoice must be uploaded unless purchased through the EVGA Online Store.
• Once approved, customer must pay a shipping and handling fee as determined by EVGA. No other shipping methods will be available for this promotion.
• PowerLink™s will generally ship within 1 to 3 business days from EVGA once shipping and handling cost is paid by the customer.

All employees of EVGA, our Sponsors, and all affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible for this promotion.

EVGA at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to reject any request from the promotion if it reasonably believes that the customer has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or abuse.

EVGA reserves the right to change, alter or update any of the rules, terms & conditions and products associated with this promotion at any time without notice.

Limitations of Liability:

By requesting and utilizing this promotion, the customer agrees to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the promotion or their receipt or use of the requested product.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any product associated with this promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event attorney's fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this promotion are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject the request from any individual who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the promotion, as solely determined by Sponsor, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or postpone the promotion until a later date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or other failure of or related to the hardware associated with this promotion, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from improper installation of any hardware component associated with this promotion.
