EVGA is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries and registrations, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.

Limit 1 entry per person per day

The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned a profile by Facebook or Twitter. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Alternative Means of Entry

You may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and email address to: EVGA Sweepstakes Entries, 2900 Saturn St. Suite B, Brea CA 92821. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period to be included within the event, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

Selection of Winners / Random Drawing

The potential Winner will be selected by EVGA from among all eligible entries. Winner will be announced by September 9th, 2014. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be posted on the article page next to the prize won. Each winner must email into webmaster@evga.com to claim their prize by September 23rd 2014, any claims after this date will be void. All winners are subject to any means of verification that EVGA deems necessary to validate identity.

Prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, EVGA may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who is not in contact with us or if within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Use of Winner’s Name & Information

By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s name and information for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their receipt or use of the prize.

No Prize Substitutions

No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, EVGA may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
