Get the weapon of choice for gamers – the EVGA GeForce GTX 660. It adds a new dimension to the NVIDIA Kepler-powered family of graphics cards by delivering the ideal fusion of power, performance, and affordability. Experience faster, smoother, richer gaming with innovative NVIDIA technologies like TXAA antialiasing, Adaptive Vertical Sync, and PhysX.
- NVIDIA SMX Engine
- Brand new processing engine which delivers twice the performance/watt compared to previous generations.
- NVIDIA GPU Boost Technology
- Dynamically maximizes clock speeds to push performance to new levels and bring out the best in every game. This technology is based on the temperature and power draw of your card, as well as what application you're running. The card will tailor its clock speeds for maximum performance & longevity.
- NVIDIA FXAA
- Enables lightning fast anti-aliasing in a huge variety of games with the simple click of a mouse.
- NVIDIA TXAA
- Get the image quality of 8X MSAA with the performance hit of only 2X MSAA. This means a smoother gaming experience without the loss in FPS normally associated with this level of eye candy.
- NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync
- Adjusts VSync to your monitor's native refresh rate for the smoothest gameplay possible.
- Frame Rate Target
- Set a target Frame Rate with EVGA Precision X and your card will automatically adjust the power/performance to meet that target. This feature delivers the ultimate in efficient gaming.
- NVIDIA 3D Vision Surround
- Now supported on a single GPU, with up to three gaming monitors plus one accessory display!
- PCI Express 3.0
- Offers double the bandwidth of PCI Express 2.0, for the highest data transfer speeds to allow for maximum performance in bandwidth-hungry games and 3D applications. The GTX 660 is still backwards compatible with all existing PCI Express motherboards.
- Thermal Misconceptions
- Large dual, triple, or even center fan coolers seem to be all the rage these days, but what is really happening inside your PC case? Check out the videos below to get a good sense of what is really going on, and why a graphics card with a rear exhaust is a good idea.
- Attention to Quality
- EVGA's attention to quality is worth noting, from performance to appearance, even down to the package contents and protection. EVGA cards ship with cover caps over the critical components, eliminating worries about any dust build-up or damage that could occur.
- EVGA High Flow Bracket
- On select EVGA graphics cards, this brand new bracket design lowers operating temperatures by as much as 3 degrees Celsius.
- EVGA Backplate
- On select EVGA graphics cards, this backplate looks awesome and improves PCB strength.

1 GeForce GTX 660 supports PCI Express 3.0. It operates properly within the SIG PCI Express Specification and has been validated on multiple upcoming PCI Express 3.0 platforms. Some motherboard manufacturers have released updated SBIOS to enable the Intel X79/SNB-E PCI Express 2.0 platform to run at up to 8GT/s bus speeds. NVIDIA is currently working to validate X79/SNB-E with GTX 660 at these speeds with the goal of enabling 8GT/s via a future software update. Until this validation is complete, the GTX 660 will operate at PCIE 2.0 speeds on X79/SNB-E-based motherboards with the latest web drivers.
