We wanted a place for all of our French-speaking customers to get together and create a community like our English forum. SPONSOR: This promotion (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by EVGA Corporation (“Sponsors”), subject to the following terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY: Drawing is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and legal residents of Canada and France. Void where prohibited by law. You are at least seventeen (17) years of age or older (and have your parent/legal guardian's permission to enter should you be a minor in your state of residence). Employees of Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents, and foregoing employees’ household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent) are NOT eligible to enter random Drawing. By their submission of entry, participants warrant they are legally entitled and authorized to make such submission, either on their own behalf, or as to information submitted upon the express authorization of another on whose behalf the information is submitted.
 
TIMING: Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. PST on 10/16/09 and continues until 11:59 p.m. PDT on 11/16/09. Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER:  Go to www.evga.com you will see a link to EVGA’s French forums site. Simply click on the link and you will be directed to the French forums page.  You will then need to register as a member of EVGA’s French forum site and read through the terms and conditions and agree with the terms by clicking I agree. You will then be directed to five trivia questions relating to EVGA Corporation and EVGA’s products.  To complete your entry, you must answer the five questions correctly. All qualified Participants with trivia questions answered correctly will be included into the random drawing and (45) forty five winners will be picked at random for prizes.  Entries information become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all valid eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about 11/18/09. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsors, Decisions of sponsor are final and binding and within their sole discretion on all matters pertaining to this Drawing.

PRIZES AND ODDS: Five (5) First Prize winners will be randomly drawn and will be awarded one of these prizes: E760 (ARV), E658 (ARV), E657 (ARV), 1295 (ARV), 1253 (ARV). Forty (40) second Prize winners will be drawn and will each receive an EVGA P55 T-shirts (ARV $7.00 US) or EVGA decade shirt (ARV $7.00 US).
Odds of winning shall be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. Winner will be responsible for all taxes (federal, state, and local) and all expenses not listed herein related to acceptance and use of any prize. Prize will be awarded if properly claimed. Limit one prize per household.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value in the event all or part of a prize set forth above becomes unavailable. No cash substitute or transfer of prizes is available.  Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Submission of an Entry in this Drawing constitutes agreement by the Participant to the terms and conditions of these Rules. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted by email within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Potential prize winner(s) and their parents/legal guardians may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release within 30 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Drawing if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, Sponsor’s employees and affiliates, or the Judges. 
 
PRIVACY POLICY: Information supplied by entrants will be shared by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy, posted at  http://www.evga.com/privacy.asp
 
Limitations of Liability and Release: by participating in this drawing and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner agrees to defend, release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the foregoing companies’ officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind, (including the violation or infringement of any proprietary or personal right of any individual or entity) resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the drawing, and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of a prize, and/or participation in a Drawing prize-related activity, including any action, claim or liability arising from the unauthorized submission of any information. 
 
Use of Winner's Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, information and submitted material for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Drawing.

Disclaimer: Sponsor are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of  Sponsor that may cause the drawing or submission to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the drawing; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated  with the drawing. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the drawing at any time.

Governing Law: This Drawing is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations excluding all conflict of law rules and Void where prohibited or restricted. All issues and questions concerning the setup, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with any drawing or award, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any cause of action by you with respect to the offer (and/or any information, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in above. The language in these official rules shall be interpreted as in accordance with its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
